Get acquainted with and learn how to use Lapis Guides through a simple tutorial

Lapis Guides is a new platform for both researchers and citizen scientists to team up together to collect data relevant to a specific project. In this tutorial we look specifically at the “Butterflies of Kyrgyzstan” project to see how citizen scientists can help provide data to a project studying butterflies. In this tutorial you’ll learn how to use the field guide, navigate the project map, and contribute photographic data among other things. Of course, Lapis Guides hosts a large variety of projects on its app, so if you can figure out how to use the app for one project, you can easily use it for other projects.
